Ashiatsu bars are installed at my private practice!! I LOVE giving Ashi! Come and try it, I hold onto the bars and massage you with my feet (with oil and gliding strokes)! Monday 7:15-8:30pm - AcroYoga Therapeutics (lunar) Thursday 6:00-7:15pm - AcroYoga/partner acrobatics (solar) All-levels Thursday 7:15-8:30pm - Thai Massage and doTERRA essential oils... We are canceling the intermediate class that used to happen on Monday eve due to no attendance. INSTEAD we are going to have all of our intermediate students attend our thurs eve "All- Level" class at 6pm and we will group the intermediates together and give them challenging flows to push the edge of their practice. We will be simultaneously offering easier flows and transitions to the newer Acro yogis in the room. So everyone will all get to play together under the same roof and will be learning something at the level they are at! Please help support us in getting these classes full. Please note there is no Acro or Flying in this class, it is an opportunity to learn some really yummy Thai massage technique that you can exchange with friends or loved ones. I have traveled to Thailand 5 times and have over 300 hours in certified training in Thai, plus 6 years experience of giving Thai massage to my clients at Awaken Integration. Hi family! I am calling in a new home in our magical Portland Nexus! I am 37 years old, a licensed massage therapist/Structural Integrator, a certified AcroYoga teacher, a Doterra Wellness Advocate and a graphic designer/artist. I deeply desire to live in a conscious community home with people that are excited about life. I am a mover and a dancer and I enjoy contact improv, partner dance, ecstatic dance, and all kinds of movement classes/jams on a weekly basis. I love eating... healthy organic food, singing and playing my ukelele, meditation, strength training and feeling good in my body. I am an omnivore, love to cook and share in communal meals. I like hosting occasional potlucks or dinner parties, as well as having quiet evenings at home to myself. I am a lover of life myself and passionate about supporting people in their health, happiness and well being. I believe in the importance of balance, giving and receiving, vulnerability, healthy communication skills, honesty, trust, showing up, and taking time for self care. <3 As far as the home I desire, I would like it to be clean, bright, inspiring, magical. I have a massage studio at the Knott Street health center so I would ideally like to stay in the NE neighborhood to have an easy commute. I also occasionally offer home massage sessions to friends, so a space in the house to offer massage would be fantastic! It would be wonderful to live with other massage therapists/healers but not absolutely required. I have 2 very sweet and snuggly cats (that are older- 14 and 16 yrs old) that are indoor/outdoor that currently have a cat door for easy access in and out of the house. I also have an english angora rabbit named Mimi who is the biggest snuggly muffin ever!! She lives in the back yard in a hutch and also spends time with me in my bedroom (but not the rest of the house.) Having a fenced in backyard would be ideal. I Would like to find a new home in the next month or so, my timing is flexible, and it would be great to find a month to month lease, that way we can feel each other out and make sure it is a good fit for everyone.
