108 Sun Salutations completed although it was slightly different this year being on Zoom you were all amazing. Thank you for your generosity and support through this tough year it has been truly phenomenal and I’m proud of our yoga community. So far we have raised 1200.00 to support the Homeless in the UK Now it just remains for me to say have a restful Christmas

The last ‘live’ yoga class of 2020 will be on 23rd December and we will be looking at preparing for a mindful Christmas with some stress releasing and nourishing yoga sequences . 2020 has taken its toll on us all.....I feel that I have had to overcome plenty of hurdles to be able to teach my passion of yoga to you all! If there has been one positive about this year it has made me have to think out of the box and evolve to teach yoga in different ways that a year ago I could never have imagined. New opportunities are coming my way now especially in the Corporate Sector where I can teach remotely to any location. This has enabled me to start teaching yoga to the staff at www.lego.com and other places which is awesome.
