What a beautiful scene... When you stare at this picture...where does it take you? I feel immediate and immense peace and tranquillity, it makes me literally take a deep breath in and a long releasing breath out... How often do you do that throughout your day? Or your week? When we give ourselves time connect, we learn to respect self, and everything changes The people around you change; you notice the old drops away and disappears making room for the new to come in This isn't always easy...it takes courage They'll be tears, feelings of loss, all a part of letting go... Fabulous day Filled with many great pleasures of mine Including my current Kinesiology favourite ... Helping a lovely client release the trauma from a cycling accident she had 4 weeks ago Our bodies are magnificent things, and they heal well. Yet your body heals even quicker when you look after it After regular Kinesiology sessions with me, and attending Pilates with me for over 10 years this inevitably made her recovery faster than normal and her injuries could have been a whole lot worse. The trauma from the accident and the invasive surgery she had will have stayed in her body for life, yet she chose to come to release it with spectacular techniques I learnt in Systematic Kinesiology Have you had an accident? Have you ever wondered why you keep going around in circles? Yo yo dieting? Eating well, losing a few pounds, piling them back on again?... I'm curious, do you give yourself self care? When we move our bodies we connect to our heart. We lose ourselves... We are emotional beings... We are creative We are true to self We move in the moment... Like nothing else matters... When we watch others we can see and feel this amazing energy. It can uplift us I've always moved my body, I started dancing when I was little... I loved it... I was never that good, but I didn't care Because I had passion It was art for me When I found teaching exercise...it took me back to moving my body in a way that resonated and felt so good Especially body balance, yoga, aerobics, zumba...moving to music for me you can't beat I've had my personal battles teaching with a back injury...but I persevered Being grateful in each and every moment I've come to know this It takes skill, perseverance, resilience, practice, hours upon hours of perfecting performances just to teach 1 class...or do 1 performance My point... It's a journey... This thing called life... We all have a choice We should be FREE to do what we choose...and not be controlled by anyone

Morecambe by daylight! I slept soooo well last night...woke up feeling refreshed and energised And with that...... Today was all about self care. Nourishing conversations albeit over zoom or the like...with people who get me Cooking to nourish my body A beautiful walk with my little fluff ball... When we're already feel good, is often the best time to give to self, especially when it comes to Kinesiology We can always find something to adjust or tweak So often we wait until we feel that ongoing nagging pain Or we catch those negative thoughts in our heads that can bring us down even though we try and be positive Negative thoughts affect us physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and can have detrimental repercussions on our immune system, by lowering it, making us susceptible to infections, hormone imbalances, and can lead to ill health. Giving to self isn't selfish Giving to self is necessary to have a healthy mind, body and spirit Giving to self can be simple Having a bath, creating, writing a poem, walking in nature, playing a game, knitting, drawing, expressing, dancing, singing, photography, the list goes on... Creation... What does this word mean to you? The dictionary suggests...... "The action or process of bringing something into existence" So why do so many "blame" and then shame another person or thing for unwanted outcomes...? Perhaps we could pause and take 50% of responsibility for the outcome? 50% (like it or not) of any given moment...is a part of your creation... I'm not saying life is amazing every single day Howver we learn from our experiences the dark to appreciate the light Life is a rollercoaster...of ups and downs, the good times, the not so good.. When I look back I see all the lessons, the memories, and I choose to have compassion for myself, and all the others whom have crossed my path I take 50% responsibility of my part played in every scenario Its taken me years to reach compassion...both for myself and others We have a choice to change and take responsibility for our behaviours, however its not easy We get to choose to look at our wounds and face them, or not If you want to release your emotional baggage around someone or something message me Its your life... How you choose to ride it Is up to you You, only you dictates your destiny Creates your life You get to create everything Many choose to live and let live What new things are you willing create into your existence now? What if you could create peace, joy, light, laughter, love in any given moment and hold space for it to last longer than a moment as you begin to make a changes? Its always a choice... Feeling blessed, grateful and content... What a wonderful day of teaching this morning A whirlwind nip across the m62 this afternoon to treat my Mum with Kinesiology ... Too wet to walk buttons I kept saying to myself as I kept glancing out of the window looking hopeful... Nip back across m62 to mine and buttons delight it was dry so I took buttons for a night walk Morecambe prom by night (empty!!) It started raining just as i closed my front door, just as I'd finished unloading the Happy Days Looking forward to an extra hour of meditation in the morning
