Hello all, As we are still going through challenging times, now more than ever we need to focus and promote our health and well being. I am offering one to one and small groups yoga classes. We can meet either Woking park; Goldsworth park, or Tongham park and cricket field. One to one's are 45 for 1 1/2 hour. Groups of 5 or more only 12 each. A much needed destress, stretch and meditation is the prescription of the day. Marianna is looking to start up some outdoor yoga in Knaphill and Tongham COMING SOON, We will update this page asap.
