The Yoga Lemon

07.01.2021

We are Born wanting to hang and climb. However, we are told not to climb because we may get hurt, if we fall. By adulthood most of us resist doing a pull-up and most of us can not hold our own body weight off the floor or straighten our arms out over our head. For many of us, our upper body workout comes from a keyboard. We have lost the muscle strength that would allow us to hold our body weight with our hands & shoulders. In addition, our own weight gain brings a greater ...challenge to hold the self. Our challenges persist from our fitness regimes that emphasize pushing movements when it comes to upper body strength this is including our precious downward dog. Weight training and pushing without traction release and pulling will crest an imbalance and cause injury and loss of range of motion. Regain shoulder mobility by practicing Yoga & Aerial Yoga using full body asana with Traction release. Regain shoulder mobility practicing Yoga & Aerial Yoga. Regain Shoulder Flexion and Improve shoulders, back and neck. Many of us can not straighten the arms straight up in the air. Instead, we lift our arms up and thrust the front ribs out, pinch the back and struggle with arms that are not straight and remain awkwardly bent. Pain will be the end result and the neck will shorten. This pattern tends to create injuries in the mid-back and impingements at the shoulders. The Remedy is full body yoga and Aerial yoga for traction release, pulling instead of pushing and body weight that is shared to allow for restoration of alignment naturally. When you hang, your weight can help restore your shoulder range of motion to the benefit of both your back and your shoulders, favorable for your neck. The bones in the hands and wrists require the strength in grip equivalent to your intended body weight. The fingers need individual grip and strength for shoulders back and neck health.

I'd like to personally express to each of you how much you are deeply cared for, appreciated, and respected as a patron of Yoga Lemon. You may be aware that Yoga Lemon has not been open since Tuesday of this week and I'd like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Our closing was due to a crisis and our plan is to open again as soon as possible. My deepest wish and personal drive is to provide you the best yoga, and yoga community, so all of us can experience bet...ter health and improved overall well being. As an update, Jason just recently returned to his career and I am remediating my RN to begin a second income in January. Staying open requires an immediate membership drive which we believe we can fulfill with your help. Please consider the special offer below and contact me (407-719-9270). Sign or renew for a special rate of $999 for a 13-month term. This offer provides one additional month savings from our regular price and it will expire today, December 17th at 5:00p.m. If we are unable to fulfill our promise to you your fee will be prorated and any portion for time unused will be returned, perhaps not right away but returned.
