Bikram Beginners Series Yoga – The Original Hot Yoga
An exhilarating 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practised at your own level for 90 minutes in a 40 deg C heated room.
Bikram Yoga is the most effective Beginners Level Series of postures designed to achieve a balanced lifestyle of holistic and preventative health.
The purpose of this yoga series is to tone and strengthen the invisible activities of the body, including the mind, which controls the functions of the body through its intricate nervous system.
Every organ, gland and every system in the body will be revitalised to operate at its maximum potential.
Simply put, it gives you energy and makes you a healthier, happier and stronger person.

Hot Yin Yoga
Our Hot Yin classes are 60 minute blissful experiences of active postures which are held for up to 5 minutes in length.
The purpose of this practice is to stretch the connective tissues throughout the body while relaxing the muscles. This is a complementary practice ( YIN – muscles relaxed) to the Yang style ( muscles contracted) practice of Bikram yoga.
This practice will bring a whole new understanding and respect to your Bikram practice.
It will change the way you Think about, Use and Exercise your Mind and Body.
Props are provided for the class and the usual suspects of a towel, yoga mat and water are required for the class.
